It is a polychloroplene-based, general purpose adhesive used for bonding standard quality thick and thin laminates, natural wood veneers, especially on non-absorbent surfaces (steel, metal, etc.).
Operating Instruction
- The surfaces to be bonded should be cleaned; must be free of all kinds of dust, dirt and oil.
- It has the appropriate viscosity to be able to shoot with a pistol.
- The open time of the glue varies according to the amount of glue applied to the surfaces and the ambient temperature: It can stay open for 20-25 minutes at +20 °C.
- In applications where high heat resistance is required (+45 °C - 55 °C and above), it is recommended to use “Hardener” in order to increase the heat resistance.
- It consists of flammable solvent groups.
