It is a one-component, fast-curing, polyurethane-based adhesive. It combines high adhesion strength and fast curing properties. It has a short pressing time and a short curing time (5-10 min.). Excellent adhesion to most surfaces; It can be applied on vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is transparent and does not contain solvents. It does not flow, does not lose volume. It is odorless and can be applied on slightly damp surfaces. It is less consumed, economical and easy to use. It is resistant to humidity, different weather conditions (D4 Norm - DIN EN 204) and chemicals.
Operating Instruction
- The surfaces to be bonded should be cleaned; must be free from all kinds of dust, oil and dirt.
- Lightly moistening the surfaces shortens the bonding time and increases the bonding strength.
- It should be ensured that the surfaces are in smooth contact with each other.
- It is sufficient to apply a thin layer on only one of the surfaces, as it has superior adhesion strength.
- Adhered materials should be pressed for a minimum of 15-30 minutes.
- Uncured adhesive can be removed with acetone, while cured adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means.
- It should not be used for bonding polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, ABS, PTFE surfaces.
